Pay for College!
In State Tuition
All ROTC participants in the State of Oklahoma are considered 'in-state' students concerning tuition, housing, fees, and all other costs! This can reduce the cost of tuition at Oklahoma State by up to $7,000 per semester for under-graduate degrees.
OK State Tuition and Fee Details
Stipends
Cadets who have been awarded a scholarship, or who have entered their third year in AFROTC are eligible for stipends.
Junior: $450 per month
Senior: $500 per month
Scholarships
High School Students: Apply for scholarship between June 1st following their junior year and mid-January of their senior year in high school. High school graduates who have no full-time college experience are also eligible to apply for High School Scholarship Program (HSSP).

Enlisted Airmen
Enlisted Airmen can apply to be an Air Force ROTC Cadet through their base education office.
Airman Scholarship & Commissioning Program (ASCP): Available to all branches with 2 to 4 year scholarships.
Scholarship for Outstanding Airmen and Guardians (SOAR): Only available to Air and Space Force personnel with 2 to 4 year scholarships.
Enlisted Profession Officer Course-Early Release Program (POC-ERP): Available to all branches and must have no more than 2 years of college remaining.
Nurse Enlisted Commissioning Program (NECP): Only available to Air and Space Force personnel with no more than 24 months remaining.
