Ticket Policies

• Ticket sales for Main Stage Productions are live in August - see Current Season for more information on the productions.  Tickets for the performances can be purchased online at okla.st/theatre, over the phone at 405.744.6094, or in-person at 122 Seretean Center for the Performing Arts. 

• Beware of third party ticket sellers. A ticket purchased through any other source may not be allowed entry into the performance. 
• All tickets purchased online includes a processing fee. Tickets purchased at the box office will have a discounted processing fee. 

• If requesting ADA seating or other accommodations, you may still purchase tickets online, but please call the Box Office at 405.744.6094 to arrange your preferred seating.

• Cash, check, and credit card (Visa or Mastercard) are all acceptable payment for tickets.
• The Box Office closes approximately 15 minutes after the show begins.
• Tickets purchased online will be electronically delivered. This will provide a digital ticket to show on your mobile device or allow you to print at home.
• Lost tickets may be reprinted at the Box Office. Please arrive early for a reprint. 

Group Rate Information

• For groups with 10-24 guests, tickets will have $1 taken off the price of each ticket (i.e., if the ticket price is $12, it will be $11) 

• For groups with more than 25 guests, tickets will have $2 taken off the price of each ticket (i.e., if the ticket price is $12, it will be $10)

• Groups wishing to receive the group rate discount must contact the Box Office to purchase tickets. Discounted group tickets can't be purchased online.

Refund Policy

• Ticket purchases are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for any other showing of the same production or within the same season. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to verify the accuracy of the sale before completion.  

Admission & Late Seating

• The Box Office opens one hour prior to showtime. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to manage parking and box office lines. Everyone, including children, must have an individual ticket to enter the theatre. All tickets must be scanned upon entry to the theatre.

• Most of our shows do not allow or have very limited late seating. If you do not show up on time for a show, you may not be allowed entry for the safety of the actors and yourself. We strongly encourage you plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to ensure you avoid any issues with seating. To Ensure you are safely in your seat at the start of the performance please be on time.

• The Vivia Locke Theatre begins seating for Main Stage productions approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.
• The Jerry Davis Studio Theatre shows will not allow late arrivers in. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time. Any vacancies may be given to waitlist participants at the start of the performance. 

• Reserved (unpaid) tickets will be held until 15 minutes prior to curtain. Unpaid tickets may be resold at this time.

General Policy

• No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the theatre.
• No recording devices, still cameras, or video cameras are permitted for usage in performance spaces.
