- Reserve a GSM Classroom or Rehearsal Space
GSM students and organizations may request to reserve a classroom or rehearsal space. Before making your request, check the room list & schedules for availability, then use the Room Reservation Form.
Saundra Arnold or a work study will confirm your room request via email.
- Schedule a Recital
STEP 1: REQUEST YOUR RECITAL DATE
- This must be done at least 60 days before your requested date!
- Saundra Arnold will confirm your date or offer you alternatives if your request is declined.
STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR PRODUCTION OUTLINE
- This form is due by the 15th of the month prior to your scheduled event to musicprograms@okstate.edu.
- The production form is FINAL and cannot be changed after submission.
- If you do not turn in the production form by the 15th of the month prior to your recital, your recital will be cancelled. You will have to restart the scheduling process and request your recital dates again.
STEP 3: SUBMIT YOUR PROGRAM NOTES
- Submit tentative program notes (translations, artist information, personal bios, etc.) for printed materials at least 30 days prior to your event.
- Revisions are allowed up to 2 weeks prior to your event.

- Submit a Digital Poster
GSM Students and organizations can submit digital posters for the televisions located in the Student Lounge, 1st and 2nd floor hallways.
Required Image Format & Dimensions
Image Formats: PNG, JPG or JPEG
Image Dimensions: LANDSCAPE ONLY - 1280x720 (720p) or 1920x1080 (1080p). Max: 3840x2160 (4k)
