Then do not miss this opportunity to join the Oklahoma State University choral and voice faculty for a free workshop in our new, state-of-the-art facility. You will learn valuable tips on preparing for a career in vocal music education or performance, including: the collegiate audition process, selecting appropriate repertoire for your voice type, choosing your audition attire, how to prepare music for a pianist, college life, sight-reading tips, scholarships, performance opportunities, and much more!

The event is free and open to high school students and their choral teacher(s), voice teacher, and family. 

Following the panel discussion in the morning session, singers will have an opportunity to participate in a mock audition, where they will be offered feedback from the voice faculty. Students interested in performing a mock audition should indicate this on the registration form. A campus tour can be arranged at the end of the workshop for those interested.
