Bio
Rebecca is a master's student and graduate teaching assistant in the Sociology
Department at Oklahoma State University. After receiving her B.A. in psychology at
The University of Oklahoma in 2021, Rebecca taught 8th grade U.S. History for two
years at Tulsa School of Arts and Sciences. Rebecca plans to pursue her Ph.D after
receiving her M.S.
Her research interests include sociology of the body, women and gender studies,
fat studies, sociology of childhood, race, class, and gender inequalities, and social
psychology.
