Have you ever wondered:
- Why do people behave the way they do?
- How are genes and personality related?
- Do social relationships affect our health?
- Can we change the way people with depression and anxiety think?
If so, Psychology may be the right major for you. Psychology is the study of behavior. Most of the faculty in the OSU Department of Psychology study human behavior, but some also study animal behavior. Regardless of whether our focus is on organisms with two legs or four (or more!), we are interested in describing, explaining, predicting and modifying behavior. With psychology online, on-campus opportunities are also available like Study Abroad and Career Services.
