Economics is the study of how people use their resources. Economists consider a wide ranges of factors in their teaching and research; among them labor, land, investments, money, income, taxes, interests, government spending, and individual and collective choices. As a economics major, you will explore mathematical and statistical reasoning, build a solid foundation in quantitative analysis, and examine economic questions from an interdisciplinary perspective.
