Juliana Swanson

Juliana Swanson is a post-baccalaureate student who graduated from Gettysburg College in 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology (integrative biology concentration) and Environmental Studies (wildlife conservation concentration). Loving animals and nature since she was a kid, her favorite memories in organismal biology are interning at a wildlife rehabilitation center, her homeland conservancy and going to the Ecuadorian Amazon examining endemic and tropical terrestrial species. Going forward, she hopes to get her master's degree exploring a career in the tropics that examines evolutionary biology and animal behavior pertaining to species conservation and reintroduction.
