Exhibitor Space

We will display exhibitors in the Greenwood School of Music large rehearsal rooms. Security of exhibit rooms will be maintained during all times exhibits are closed; exhibitors are expected to be present at their tables during all posted exhibit hours. Signs may not be mounted to exhibit room walls. Hallway signs directing attendees to exhibit rooms will be posted by the host. 

 

Cell phone reception and wireless internet access are available. Electrical outlets are available if required. 

 

Spaces will be $100 and will include 2, 8’x2.5’ tables and 2 chairs. Additional tables are available to rent on the registration form for $10 each. 

 

Workshop Exhibit Hours

Friday 12pm-5pm 

Saturday 9am-5pm 

Sunday 9am-12:30pm 

 

Shipping 

If you must ship cartons of product ahead of time, arrange for them to arrive between March 18-20 since we will be hosting the North American Saxophone Alliance 2024 Conference until March 17th. Cartons will be stored unopened in the Greenwood School of Music main office.

Advertising Opportunities 

Program Advertising 

Any exhibitor wanting to advertise in the printed program should contact Lanette Compton. There will be a flat fee of $100 for all advertisements. 

 

Full-page ads will be 8.5"x5.5" with inner margins bleed of 0.1969 inches. The files must be in PDF format with a minimum 240 DPI (300 DPI ideal) and all fonts converted into outlines. All black text should be 100% black without any other color in the mix. Ads sent as .psd or .jpg files should also be at 240/300 DPI.

 

Website Advertising

All confirmed exhibitors will be advertised free on the MSHW 2024 website. Please reciprocate and advertise our workshop on your own website.
