Cowboy Music Camp is returning this summer, with an exciting new addition:

Middle School Band Camp!

 

Registration will open this spring. In the meantime, we invite families to complete our Interest Form to receive updates, important dates, and registration information as it becomes available.

Oklahoma State University for another inspiring summer of music.

 

• What is the Cowboy Music Camp?

  Cowboy Music Camp is a 5-day summer music experience at Oklahoma State University for middle and high school musicians who want to grow as performers, explore college-level music making, and connect with peers who share their passion for music.

   

  Campers work with outstanding Greenwood School of Music faculty, directors, clinicians, and students in a supportive, high-energy environment. Each day includes ensemble rehearsals, sectionals, masterclasses, and fun community-building activities. Campers also get a glimpse of life on a college campus while sharpening their musical skills.

   

  Whether a camper is exploring music seriously for the first time or preparing for future auditions and collegiate study, Cowboy Music Camp is designed to inspire confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of music.

• When is Cowboy Music Camp?

  • Sunday, May 31 through June 4, 2026 for Middle School Band campers

  • Sunday, June 7 through Thursday, June 11, 2026 for High School band, orchestra, and piano campers

  • Tentatively Wednesday, June 10 - Thursday, June 11, 2026 for Choral campers

• Who can attend?

  • Middle School Band for 6th–8th graders

  • High School Programs for rising 9th - 12th grade band, choral, orchestra, and piano students

• What instrumental instruction is being offered?

• Do you offer housing and meals?

  Both residential and commuter options are available. No matter which option families choose, tuition includes meals and all camp activities. Residential campers also stay in on-campus housing.
