CMB Alumni Weekend is open to all members from 1966-1976, including wind and percussion majors from that decade.

THE SCHEDULE
Friday, September 15
Check in your chosen hotel or place you plan to stay.
5:00 pm – Shuttle van leaves Guthrie hotels for travel to Stillwater
6:00 pm - Tours and Wine Reception at the Greenwood Music School. (Come to the Rehearsal Hall - GSM 108)
7:00 pm - Dinner in the Rehearsal Hall (GSM 108) with the OSU Band Staff, student band leaders, and OSU instrumental music professors
??? – Shuttle van returns to Guthrie
Saturday, September 16
Self-tours of OSU campus throughout the day and scheduled tour of the McKnight Performing Arts Center (You must see all the changes to campus and especially the new performance hall!!)
Transportation departure from Guthrie TBD.
8:00 -10:00 am - OSU Band Rehearsal
12:30 pm – Luncheon with the Cowboy Marching Band
5:00 pm – Pregame Concert
5:15 pm – Stadium March
5:42 pm – Pregame Performance
6:02 pm - Kick-off for OSU vs. South Alabama (Game seats near the Band)
Post-game – Transportation back to Guthrie
For those driving to Stillwater on Game Day, parking has been arranged near the School of Music. There are still a few van transportation timing details that will be announced that weekend.
COST
Only your travel and housing. All events and tickets are provided.
HOUSING
Game weekend hotel housing and parking in Stillwater is a challenge, but there are good hotels in Guthrie, and we’ve arranged transportation Friday and Saturday for those staying there in case you desire. Here are the hotel options. The main gathering place will be the Hampton Inn and Suites and transportation will base out of there. We recommend booking right away.
