2026 Annual Symposium
About the Symposium
The OCMR COBRE 2026 Annual Symposium will be held on October 9, 2026, on the Oklahoma State University campus. This annual event brings together the OCMR COBRE research team, members, external advisors, and mentors for a day focused on scientific collaboration, research progress, and strengthening connections across the program.
The symposium will provide an opportunity for each of the five OCMR COBRE Research Projects and three Pilot Projects to present updates on their research, accomplishments, and ongoing work. The MCCF Research Core will also provide an update highlighting its contributions and support to the research program.
In addition to sharing research progress, the symposium is designed to encourage meaningful discussion and collaboration. External advisors and mentors will have dedicated opportunities to engage directly with designated research projects, providing feedback, guidance, and expertise to help advance ongoing work.
By bringing the OCMR COBRE community together in one setting, the annual symposium provides an important opportunity for investigators, mentors, advisors, and team members to exchange ideas, build relationships, and identify opportunities for collaboration. The event serves as a cornerstone of the OCMR COBRE program, fostering communication and collaboration across projects while supporting the continued growth and development of our research community.
