Accommodations

Those who receive funding from the conference will have their hotel accommodations arranged and paid for directly by TORA. Other participants, who are not receiving financial support from the conference, are asked to please make their own hotel arrangements.

Atherthon Hotel

The Atherthon Hotel is on campus and a 1–2-minute walk from the MSCS building where the Department of Mathematics is located. They offer free breakfast and complimentary airport transfer to SWO. However, their parking is not free.

 

Cimarron Hotel and Suites

The Cimarron Hotel and Suites is on the eastern edge of campus and a 10-15 minute walk from the MSCS building where Department of Mathematics is located. This hotel has free parking and free breakfast, but not complimentary airport transfer.

 

Most participants have lodging at the Cimarron Hotel and Suites that are being booked and paid for directly by the conference. The check-in date is April 4, 2025, and the check-out date is April 6.

For those that are paying for their room directly, the conference rate is $229 plus tax. When contacting the hotel, please let them know that you are with the TORA conference and there is a block of rooms set aside for the conference.
