MUSI 3012 Advanced Music Production

In MUSI 3012 Advanced Music Production, students learn to make recordings by utilizing a professional recording studio with Pro Tools as the Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). This course is taught by music industry professionals with decades of experience. Students have access to legacy and state-of-the-art analog and digital recording technologies.

 

Before taking MUSI 3012 Advanced Music Production, music industry students must have successfully completed two prerequisite music technology courses. The final project for this course is a commercially satisfactory recording with the student serving as both the engineer and producer.
