Boone Pickens School of Geology (BPSoG) Graduate Programs
Our facilities enable graduate students to conduct cutting-edge research in the geosciences.
The graduate faculty are nationally and internationally recognized scholars in their
fields of research and mentor students to help them complete their degrees. Through
generous support of donors, we have many different fellowship and scholarship opportunities.
Professional mentoring opportunities are offered to our students by alumni and industry
leaders to enhance their employment opportunities and increase their success in future
careers. We even have a student enrichment fund to help students attend national and
international professional meetings.
The M.S. program provides opportunities for research in the areas of petroleum geosciences,
water, environment and climate, earth structure and dynamics, and computational geosciences.
The Ph.D. program provides you with opportunities for research in the areas of petroleum
geosciences, water, environment and climate, earth structure and dynamics, and computational
geosciences.
