Geology TechFest 2025
The Department of Geology and the GGSA, AAPG and AIPG student organizations are pleased to invite you to attend the 2025 Geology TechFest.

Sponsorship Opportunities
- Bronze Level — Attending company without booth will have the name/logo of the company listed on the attendee list and event program.
- Silver Level — Attending company with a booth and variable donation of any prize (minerals, rock hammer, swag, gift cards, etc.) or monetary donation of any value for our end of event raffle. Company name/logo listed on the attendee list, event program and website.
- Gold Level — $500-$2,000 — The donated awards will be named after the company name. The name/logo of the company
will be listed on the attendee list, event program, event social media and website.
If your company covers ALL the awards, the name/logo of the company will also be printed
on the awards and on all dining tables (will be listed at the Platinum Level).
This money will be used for the poster and photo contest awards. We have six poster awards.

- Platinum Level — $1,700 - $2,000 — Sponsorship of food and drinks for the event and short courses. Company name/logo will be listed at the buffet table and drink table and on all dining tables. The company name/logo will also be listed on the attendee list, event program, event social media and website.
- Diamond Level — $5,000 — The event will be named after the company name/logo. The name/logo of the company will be printed or digitally used on the short courses materials, printed or digitally used on the event flyers, at the buffet table, drink table, all dining tables, awards, attendee list, event program, event social media and website. The company will also receive a Boone Pickens School of Geology swag bag.
