Bio
Khaled Mohammed Saifuddin was a Ph.D. candidate in the department of Computer Science. He was working with Dr. Esra Akbas in her Data Engineering Lab. He completed BSC in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bangladesh.
He is doing research in Graph Mining and Graph Neural Networks in the fields of Bioinformatics (DDI, DTI, Genome sequence analysis), NLP, and social media analysis.
