Bio
Dr. Crick received his PhD from Yale University in 2009. His research agenda is motivated by two overarching, complementary goals: to ground models of developmental psychology and cognitive science in realized, embodied computational systems; and to use models of human cognition and social development to improve robot control and learning, human-robot interaction and artificial intelligence in general. His current projects include coordination between heterogenous teams of humans and robots, mutual reinforcement learning and skill transfer between humans and robots, human-robot interaction with unmanned aerial systems and explainability for machine learning.
