American Mathematics Competitions
The Department of Mathematics will host the American Mathematics Competitions (AMC) during the 2026-2027 academic year. Information about the competition format, eligibility requirements, and other details can be found on the Mathematical Association of America AMC website.
The competitions are expected to take place in the MSCS Building, beginning at 5:00 p.m. on the dates listed below. Additional details will be provided to register participants.
Competition Dates and Registration Deadlines:
- AMC 10A: November 5, 2026
- Deadline to express interest: September 28, 2026
- AMC 12B: November 13, 2026
- Deadline to express interest: September 28, 2026
- AMC 8: January 21, 2027
- Deadline to express interest: October 26, 2026
