The Career Champion Award was created by the OSU Career Services team to recognize a faculty or staff member who has championed student career development and career readiness by encouraging, fostering and promoting professional development opportunities for students. Leave the Ladder Down

Leave the Ladder Down awards are presented to individuals who have successfully mentored and encouraged those with whom they work or instruct to reach their fullest potential. This is awarded by the University to a faculty member, administrator and a staff member.

Phoenix Award for Graduate Faculty

The Phoenix Award is the highest recognition bestowed by the Graduate Professional Student Government Association. Nominated by current graduate students, faculty nominees are recognized for their excellence in graduate student mentoring. The winner receives a $500 award.
