CAS Summer in Paris

Travel dates: June 12 - 20, 2023.
Join us as we explore the great gastronomic capital of Paris to learn about French history and culture that intersects directly with its approach to food. We will tour iconic attractions such as the Louvre, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Latin Quarter and Eiffel Tower. We will take a cooking workshop at the famous Cordon Bleu culinary school, perform formal tasting procedures for local cheeses and the winner of the Meilleure Baguette de Paris competition, and visit an underground mushroom farm. We travel one day into the countryside to tour the Champagne region and its vineyards near the Cathédrale de Reims where French kings were coronated for centuries.
* CAS study abroad will be enforcing COVID vaccination and/or testing requirements based on the regulations of the country of designation. Please note the situation and requirements in other countries can fluctuate over time.

Due at time of acceptance to program.
OSU Course Tuition & Fees:  $1,364.70

Billing for 3 credit hours is the same for both in-state and out-of-state students.
Program Fees:  $2,825.30
