CAS Summer in Italy and Greece

Travel dates: May 22 - June 2, 2023.

Join us for an interactive travel course to Italy and Greece. We will learn about the historical, musical, and cultural issues that underpin contemporary Italian and Greek society. We will travel to Rome, and take tours that include sites such as the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and a visit to Vatican City. We will then head to Athens, to see sites such as the Acropolis and take a food walking tour. Our visits include historical sites, musical performances, and conversations with Italians regarding the contemporary artistic life and opportunities in Italy.
** CAS study abroad will be enforcing COVID vaccination and/or testing requirements based on the regulations of the country of designation. Please note the situation and requirements in other countries can fluctuate over time.

Deposit:  $100
Due at time of acceptance to program.
OSU Course Tuition & Fees:  $1,364.70
Billing for 3 credit hours is the same for both in-state and out-of-state students.
Program Fees:  $3,485.30
Airfare and the Study Abroad Admin Fee are not included in the program costs. See below for details on what is included and not-included in the payment schedule.

Program Billing schedule:

* $100 deposit: Billed at time of acceptance to program.

* $541.65 tuition: Billed May 2023.

* $1,000 fees: Billed February, 2023.

* $3,308.35 fees: Billed May 2023.
* $200 OSU study abroad admin fee

   - Admin fee billing date determined by the Center for Global Learning.

 

 

Included in the billing schedule:

* OSU Tuition and fees - 3 credit hours
* Travel insurance
* Lodging
* Some meals
* Course excursions and entry fees
* In-country transportation
* Orientation
* AlertTraveler safety app

Not included in the billing schedule:

* Airfare: estimated at $1,200-$1,600

* Passport
* VISA (if required)
* Some meals
* Miscellaneous personal expenses
* COVID-19 testing if required

Once you complete the first section of your application, you will be contacted by our program coordinator to make certain you wish to be accepted into the program. Once you have responded, you will be admitted to the program and the non-refundable deposit will be billed to your OSU Bursar account. All costs, once billed to your Bursar account, are non-refundable.

 

If you wish to withdraw from a program, you must do so by contacting shane.omealey@okstate.edu. If you withdraw from the program after the program funds are billed, those costs are non-refundable.
