     Madison Scott is a native of Northeast Ohio and a current Sociology graduate student and teaching assistant in her first year at Oklahoma State University.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Zoology in spring 2022 from Miami University in Oxford, OH.  While there, she explored classes within a medical sociology minor and found a passion for the subject, ultimately deciding to take on a Masters program in Sociology. Now, her primary research interest is in environmental sociology, a topic that combines her two major areas of study.

      Madison is a lifetime member of the honors societies Alpha Kappa Delta and Phi Beta Kappa, inducted into both during her time at Miami University.
