Technical Support office supports the college by providing services in areas of pre-purchase consulting, configuration and setup of new computers; software and hardware upgrades; replacement and repair of existing computers; software analysis; facilitating warranty work and serves as a liason with vendors. They also provide consulting and support for computer labs, multimedia classrooms and carts, along with emergency and scheduled maintenance for that equipment. Network server configurating, upgrades, administration, and educational volume software purchasing are additional services provided by CASTS

Web Office serves in online development services like website development, website hosting, online course creation, web solution consulting and support, multimedia production as well as supporting and customizing programs for faculty and staff from the College of Arts & Sciences.
